Hi Again! I’m Melody Mei
also called by Mandarin name Chun-Han “鈞涵”
I’m a UX designer currently based in Bloomington.
I love designing digital experiences that feel intuitive, thoughtful, and grounded in real-life complexity. Whether it’s assisting people with dementia in daily activities, designing a chatbot that actually understands user intentions, or organizing the interface so people can find what they need without yelling at their screen — I’m all in!
With background in Human-Computer Interaction and Education Technology, my strength lies in translating real-life needs into feasible and meaningful design. I enjoy empathizing subtle emotions and human behaviors, working on products where clarity matters, and making social impact — especially in healthcare, AI-driven design, and information-heavy platforms.
